The menu here incorporates produce from Dolkhar’s kitchen garden and local, ethical, sustainable producers to showcase re-imagined modern Ladakhi cuisine built on immense respect for nature and seasonality. The ever changing food served at Tsas, inspired by Ladakh’s mountains, people and traditions reflects a perfect equilibrium between European haute and traditional Ladakhi cuisine, while drawing inspiration from Spanish, Japanese and French cuisine.
